Saratoga Grazing by Tricia O'Hara is the ideal cookbook for those of us who love good food and recipes that are clear to follow. The ingredients are easy to come by. This has become my favorite cookbook. The source of these recipes in Ms.O'Hara's cookbook are from the finest resturants in the Saratoga Springs area of New York.
Ms O'Hara did a great job of providing regional recipes and some illuminating facts about this spectacular horse town and it's vibe.....love it!
If you are a history buff,racing fan or Saratoga Springs devotee and have a discriminating taste for food, this book is for you! Ms. O'Hara brings to life the secrets of a bygone era with tales of Lillian Russell, Diamond Jiom Brady and even the invention of the Saratoga chip. The mineral springs aren't the only thing bubbling over, this cookbook is with intriguing recipies from the most celebrated establishments in the area. Watch out Julia Child!!!!
